100% Refund

Entitlement: Total refund less service charges

Service Charge: $50 for credit card operations

50% Refund

Entitlement: Half of the complete charter fee

Method for Assessing Weather

Our procedure for weather evaluation includes:

  • Examination of wind speed and trajectory
  • Measurements of wave swells and oceanic conditions
  • Forecasts of visibility and precipitation
  • Advisements and cautions announced by the Coast Guard
  • The safety critique conducted by a professional captain

Timing of Decision: Deliberations for weather-related cancellations are made at a minimum of 4 hours before the predetermined departure time.

  • Substitute Vessel: An attempt to allocate an equivalent substitute will be made
  • Complete Reimbursement: Granted if no acceptable alternative is accessible
  • Partial Reimbursement: Applied if the substitute vessel differs in pricing
  • Compensation: Extra compensation may be offered as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience

Unavailability of Crew

In the uncommon instances where a certified crew cannot be procured:

  • Efforts to secure an alternative crew shall be made where feasible
  • Complete refund if the charter is unable to proceed
  • Options to reschedule at no extra expense

Method of Payment

Reimbursements are directed back to the initial payment method utilized during the booking:

  • Cards: 5-7 working days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 working days
  • Cash/Cheques: 3-5 working days

  • Credit equivalent to utilize for an ensuing charter of similar value
  • Complimentary services or upgrades offered

Disturbances Related to Guests

If a charter concludes prematurely due to guest misconduct or safety infractions:

  • No repayment for the time not used
  • Full payment must be rendered
  • Incidental expenses may be incurred
