Each charter comes with an expert crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. The amenities vary depending on the package – for example, sunset trips come with premium snacks and sundowner drinks, while business charters offer meeting facilities and specialized catering choices.
When should I make my reservation?
It's best to book your charter 2-3 weeks before your planned date, particularly during the busy season from May through September. For business gatherings or personal festivities, we advise reserving 4-6 weeks ahead to ensure availability and to have sufficient time for personalization.
What is the protocol for adverse weather conditions?
Our top concern is your safety. In cases where our captain judges the weather to be unsafe, we will propose a different date for your rental or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on weather trends and will inform you if the forecast looks uncertain 24 hours prior to your departure.
Am I permitted to bring my own food and drinks?
Guests are allowed to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also offer bespoke catering services to tailor food choices to your liking. Please note that for safety reasons, glassware is not allowed on board.
Do you have yachts that accommodate mobility-impaired individuals?

What is your policy on cancellations?
If a cancellation occurs 72 hours or more before the set sail time, a full refund is provided. For cancellations happening between 24 to 72 hours in advance, a 50% refund is issued. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before departure is not refundable, except in instances of inclement weather or mechanical failures on our end.
